Every year Grandma (my mom) keeps getting more into the whole gingerbread thing. I don't know how she's going to top this next year.
She, my 2 “B” homeschoolers, and my sister, worked quite hard on this for the two days before Xmas. Two gingerbread trains with a licorice train track, a gingerbread house, a Rice Krispie house, ice-cream cone trees covered in frosting and sprinkles or shredded coconut snow, marshmallow snowmen, penguins, and an aluminum foil pond surrounded by gumdrops, on a base of coconut covered Fluff. Yes, except for the pond, it's all edible.
